Michelle Passarelli Krage is the founder and CEO of Mio Evento. She is a seasoned and innovative leader known for orchestrating large-scale festivals, high-impact galas, and major corporate conferences. But her true passion is wedding planning which is the primary focus of Mio Evento.

Over the course of her career Michelle has produced more than 1,000 events with more than one million attendees. Along the way she has learned how to leverage technology, negotiate the best deals, unearth hidden venues, vendors and approaches, and solve problems in the moment. Her clients call her an event ‘art director’, an executional wizard, and a ‘therapist.’

Michelle’s creativity is her hallmark, but she also has strong strategic thinking skills and operational experience that allow her to deliver memorable events on time and on budget.

Her passion for art, design, and fashion given her a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Michelle can help brides with everything from choosing the right gown to their hairstyle to the flowers and place settings. Michelle prides herself on the ‘wow’ factor of her weddings whether they are in the countryside of Illinois, the shores of Lake Como in Italy or the heart of downtown Chicago.

Michelle is proud of her Italian heritage and her three daughters, Mackenzie, Devyn, and Dylan.
